Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for the activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Cuadra is for operating legal businesses. You may not use it for fraudulent, illegal or third-party-rights-violating activities.
Payments
If you choose a paid plan, you authorize Cuadra to charge the corresponding recurring fee. You can cancel anytime; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Availability
We do everything possible to keep Cuadra available 24/7. We don't promise zero downtime — but we notify you in advance for scheduled maintenance.
