Frequently asked questions
How many businesses can I refer?
No limit. Each referred business that activates Pro adds one free month to your account. Refer 12 a year that activate Pro and you have Cuadra free that year.When does the credit apply?
The credit applies to your next monthly invoice once the referred business activates Pro and completes its first month. We email you when it's credited.Can I refer myself or an immediate family member?
Self-referrals and referrals to the same billing account don't qualify. If you have a specific case (a family member who opened a separate independent business, for example), write us at hola@cuadra.gt.Is there an expiration?
The code never expires. A referral that activates Pro within 90 days of the first click counts for the reward. After 90 days the trail expires, but they can use the code again.
