  • How do I create my account?
    Tap "Try 14 days", enter your email and business name. In less than a minute you're in, with Pro active and ready for your first sale.
  • How do I invite my team?
    From Settings → Team, type each person's email and choose their role. They receive an email with a link to join.
  • Does Cuadra issue electronic invoices?
    Yes. We support FEL for Guatemala from day one. Configure your NIT and certificate in Settings → FEL.
  • How do I change plans?
    In Settings → Billing you'll see your current plan. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime, no penalty.
  • Is my data safe?
    Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, backed up automatically, and isolated per business with row-level security. The details are at cuadra.gt/seguridad.
  • Can I export my data?
    Of course. You can download sales, customer and inventory reports as CSV anytime. Your data is always yours.
