You write the visit in SOAP form — subjective, objective, assessment, plan — and signing it locks it. After that nobody deletes or rewrites it: if something needs correcting you add an amendment with its reason, and the record keeps both what was written and what was corrected. The day someone asks for the file, it reads as intact rather than tidied up.
CIE-10 diagnosis, prescription and sick note carrying your licence number

You collect the copay and claim the rest from the insurer
You register your insurers with their NIT and payment terms, and each patient can hold up to three active policies: primary, secondary and tertiary. On the bill you mark which lines the insurer covers — they go out exempt, with their reason — and what the copay is, which is the part invoiced to the patient under FEL. The remainder opens a claim you move from submitted to approved, denied or paid, with what each insurer owes you and how many days it is overdue in plain view.

Each doctor has their own calendar, their own hours and the real length of each consultation, and patients book from your link without calling. You choose how many hours ahead the WhatsApp reminder goes out — 24, 2, whatever suits you — and the patient confirms, reschedules or cancels from that same message; if they still do not show, you mark the no-show and the per-professional report tells you whose appointments are falling through.
