The client picks a service, a therapist and an hour from her phone, and you ask for a deposit to hold it. The slot locks the moment the payment lands. The booking drops into your calendar on its own and the WhatsApp reminder goes out before the appointment, without you answering a single message.
Room and therapist, held at the same time
You register your rooms, tables and stations per branch, and every appointment books the person and the space together. If a client wants a massage and a facial back to back, Cuadra finds the combination that does not clash, instead of leaving you to discover it on the day. Each therapist sees her day; you see the whole spa on one screen.
Session packages that count down visit by visit
You sell the ten-session package and Cuadra keeps the count: every appointment tied to the plan moves the counter, and the plan is marked complete when it reaches the total. Gift certificates sell by amount, product or service, with a code to redeem at the till, and a client's store credit stays on her record for her next visit. The money comes in today, and the system tracks the balance, not a notebook.
Memberships that charge themselves every month
You set a name, a price and a cycle — weekly, monthly or quarterly — and share the sign-up link. Each client subscribes, manages her own card and cancels from that same link. The charge runs automatically through Recurrente on your own account, so the money reaches you directly. If a card fails, Cuadra flags it and tells the client. The report shows your recurring revenue and how many memberships are active.
The signed consent lives on the client record, not in a folder
You build your consent templates and mark them on the services that need one. The client signs on screen with her finger before the treatment, and the signature is attached to her record and to that service. The pending-signatures screen tells you who is still missing one before she walks into the room, instead of finding out with the client already on the table.
FEL invoice, receipt or credit note from the same checkout
The appointment moves to the point of sale with one tap, you take payment however she pays — cash, card, transfer or split across several — and the DTE is certified with the SAT in seconds. With a NIT the invoice goes out in the client's name; without one, to a final consumer. If something has to be voided, it is done with a credit note and both stay on the record, never deleted. Pro includes 250 DTE a month, and Q0.75 per DTE after that.
