Delete your account and data
You can ask us to delete your Cuadra account and the personal data linked to it. Here's how to do it, what gets deleted, and what we must keep by law.
How to request deletion
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Your account and personal data are scheduled for deletion in 30 days; you can cancel by signing back in before then. If you can't access the app, email us at privacidad@cuadra.gt from your account's email address.
What gets deleted
Your account, profile, login credentials, and personal data (name, email, phone), along with your business data that isn't subject to legal retention.
What we must keep
Financial, accounting, and electronic-invoicing (FEL/DTE) records are kept for the period Guatemalan law requires. These records are immutable; where possible we anonymize the personal data they contain. Audit logs are kept for security and compliance.
How long it takes
We confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days of verifying your identity. We'll let you know when it's done.
